2. Data We Collect
When joining the early access waitlist, we process your email address and, optionally, your industry sector and team size. For security reasons, we also store an anonymized technical identifier of the request (a hash, never your cleartext IP).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We use this data to notify you of the launch, manage the waitlist, and communicate with you about early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you provide by checking the form box and which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data until the product launch or until you request to unsubscribe. We will address deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days.
5. Recipients and Hosting
Your data is hosted within the European Union. We work with providers acting as data processors (database hosting, web infrastructure, and email delivery) under the corresponding data processing agreements. We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Your Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to privacidad@calenova.app. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
